Please read these terms carefully before using the Cashentra platform. They govern your access to and use of our Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Cashentra LLC ("Cashentra," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at cashentra.com and the Cashentra Adaptive Financial Intelligence Platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.
Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
2. Description of Service
Cashentra is an Adaptive Financial Intelligence Platform designed for United States small business owners. The Service provides, depending on your subscription plan:
- AI-powered financial insights and analytics
- Real-time financial dashboards and reporting
- Cash Flow Buckets and cash flow management tools
- Virtual CFO consultations and strategic financial guidance
- Live chat support with financial professionals
- Bank account linking and transaction synchronization
- Custom-built features through the Adaptive Build Layer
- Invoice and expense tracking
- Financial projections and scenario planning
The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. Cashentra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any material changes that affect your use of the Service.
The Service is currently available only to users located within the United States. Cashentra makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to update your account information promptly to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create a strong, unique password for your Cashentra account
- Enable multi-factor authentication when available
- Not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Immediately notify Cashentra of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices
Cashentra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and data you provide through the Service. Cashentra relies on user-provided data to deliver financial insights and recommendations. Inaccurate or incomplete data may result in inaccurate outputs, for which Cashentra bears no responsibility.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Cashentra offers multiple subscription plans with varying features and pricing. The details of each plan, including features and pricing, are described on our Pricing page. Cashentra reserves the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice.
4.2 Billing and Payment
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Cashentra to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle) at the applicable subscription rate. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where required by law.
You are responsible for providing a valid and current payment method. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received. We reserve the right to use third-party payment processors to facilitate billing.
4.3 Free Trials
Cashentra may offer free trial periods at its discretion. At the end of a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be notified before your trial ends and before any charges are applied.
4.4 Refunds and Cancellation
All subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. After the 30-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Cashentra's Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to its software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, algorithms, the Adaptive Build Layer technology, and all other content and materials (collectively, "Cashentra Content"), is the exclusive property of Cashentra LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Cashentra Content solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or Cashentra Content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service
- Sublicense, resell, rent, or lease access to the Service to any third party
5.2 Custom Features
Custom features developed through the Adaptive Build Layer remain the intellectual property of Cashentra LLC. While you are granted full access to use custom features built for your account during your active subscription, ownership of the underlying code, architecture, and technology remains with Cashentra.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant Cashentra an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
6. User Data and Financial Data
6.1 Ownership of Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and financial information you provide or generate through the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant Cashentra a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, store, and display your User Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service for you.
6.2 Financial Data Accuracy
Cashentra processes financial data to generate insights, reports, and recommendations. However, Cashentra does not independently verify the accuracy of data provided by you or imported from third-party sources (such as banks or payment processors). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Financial insights, projections, and recommendations provided by the Service are based on the data available and may not be complete or accurate
- The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice
- You should consult qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions based on information provided by the Service
- Cashentra is not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on information generated by the Service
6.3 Data Security and Privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure infrastructure, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
6.4 Data Export and Portability
You may export your User Data from the Service at any time through the available export features within your account. Upon termination of your account, you will have a 30-day grace period to export your data before it is scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data retention policy.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Use the Service for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Service
- Introduce viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code into the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including overloading, flooding, or spamming
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to collect data from the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial messages or spam
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Cashentra's servers or networks
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Cashentra reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these prohibited use provisions, including suspending or terminating the violator's account without notice or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASHENTRA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL
- ANY LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, INCLUDING FINANCIAL DATA
- THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
- ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN FINANCIAL INSIGHTS, PROJECTIONS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE
- ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE
IN NO EVENT SHALL CASHENTRA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO CASHENTRA IN SUBSCRIPTION FEES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. CASHENTRA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY FINANCIAL DATA, INSIGHTS, PROJECTIONS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
Cashentra does not warrant that the financial insights, AI-powered recommendations, or Virtual CFO guidance provided through the Service constitute professional financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. The Service is intended to be an informational tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making financial decisions. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
10.2 Termination by Cashentra
Cashentra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Engagement in prohibited uses as described in Section 7
- Non-payment of subscription fees after reasonable notice and opportunity to cure
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct
- Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more)
- At the request of law enforcement or government agencies
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. You will have 30 days from the date of termination to export your User Data. After this 30-day period, Cashentra will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.
The following sections of these Terms shall survive termination: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [To Be Determined], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language within the United States.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Cashentra.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Cashentra retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
12. Changes to Terms
Cashentra reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Notice may be provided through email to the address associated with your account, a prominent notice within the Service, or a notification upon your next login.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cashentra regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
13.3 Waiver
The failure of Cashentra to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Cashentra.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without the prior written consent of Cashentra. Cashentra may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
13.5 Force Majeure
Cashentra shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or power outages, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
